Event List for Team Manager (revised 2/10) -- This is completely new for 2006! Coaches, remember to select a session when entering swimmers (you may need to update your Team Manager 4 to have the sessions import). It will allow you to avoid entering swimmers in the 8 & under session and the 10 & under session (or inadvertently entering an 8 year old in the 10 & under events. If you are having trouble seeing the session, you may need to update your Team Manager 4 to a more recent version. Early TM4 versions apparently import the events as session 0.
The Friday evening session is now setup as 11 & over events, instead of open events. They will be scored as 11-14 events and 15 & over events. The 500 free is setup for 13-14 and 15 & over. This will limit the eligible swimmers that appear in team manager to those that would swim in the Saturday session. New event file posted on 1/22 at 6 PM to eliminate time trial events.

Championship "Roles" Descriptions This is planning details to help insure consistency in the meet each year. Please check out your role and do everything you can to provide an outstanding experience for the swimmers, coaches, volunteers and parents involved in this meet!
Timer Assignments (3/3)
Timer assignments are now available. The very small teams, or those teams that have other large roles at champs caught a break on their assignments. Remember, your team needs to bring your own watch to champs for timing.

T-Shirt Mock-Up This is a link to the design for the 2006 championship t-shirts. Shirts are available in short and long sleeve with a cost of $8.00 for short and $12.00 for long sleeve. In the design the "Y" logo will be on the front upper left of the shirt with the swimmer and league information on the back.
T-Shirt Order Form Order forms are due by February 15. No T-Shirts will be sold at Champs.
