At the September meeting we decided to try three divisions of teams for providing a medium and small team winners. Given the collective rosters of the teams, that established the team sizes. There were natural breaks in teams at 100 and above and 60 and below. Using the 2006-2007 team sizes and calculating the 2006 Winter Champs results by size, you can see where you would place using the three group breakdown. Of course using 2006-07 team sizes would hurt or help you if you changed size considerably since last year. There will be a gift certificate to the winner in each size category at the conclusion of champs. (2/25)

Championship "Roles" Descriptions These are planning details to help insure consistency in the meet each year. Please check out your role and do everything you can to provide an outstanding experience for the swimmers, coaches, volunteers and parents involved in this meet! If you have suggestions, corrections or improvements, please relay them to Jon.

Sessions Devotions / National Anthem. If you are interested in offering devotions or performing the National Anthem at one of the sessions for Winter Champs, please contact Elizabeth Keough. We have two sessions for the 11 & Over swimmers (Friday and Saturday) along with the 8 & Under and 9-10 sessions on Sunday.

Event List for Team Manager -- Events have a 30 minute maximum qualifying time. This should help coaches identify entries that are NT. Remember NT entries are not allowed at Champs. Your entries will be rejected by the online entry process. Event list updated on 2/19 to correct events 61 and 62 to 11 & over.

Champs Meet Packet -- Notice the deadline for entries is 9 PM on Saturday. The remaining paperwork is due on Saturday. Entries will be electronically submitted on the link below (once activated). Entries can be resubmitted, in their entirety, up until the entry deadline. Coaches will receive an entry list confirmation for the meet as you entries are accepted.

T-Shirt Order Form -- this form is suitable for providing your counts back to CHY for your team order. You can copy the sheet without the last two printed lines to use it for your internal order processing. Orders are due to CHY by FEBRUARY 7, 2007!
