2008 SEOWV Winter Championship Entries

Please use the link at the bottom to submit your Entry File for the 2008 Southeast Ohio / West Virginia Winter Championships!

Notes about submitting your entries:

• Entries are due by 9 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on February 29, 2007.  Because of schedules, the deadline cannot be extended.
• The event list you use MUST MATCH the event list in the web form.  Your best bet is to utilize the supplied event list.  Setting up events as 15-18 instead of 15 & over will cause your older swimmer entries to fail. Also recognize that some Sunday events are 10 & Under.  They will not process if you do your own setup and make them 9-10 events.
• You will need your YMCA Association Number in order to start your entry process.  Your aquatic director can help you with that number, you can find it on the league list of contacts or use this link:  http://www.ymcacompetitiveswim.org/YMCADirectory.asp
• You will need to list at least one attending coach from your team in the entry process.  Otherwise you will receive notice about a coaches authorization form to complete, identifying the coach who accepts responsibility for your swimmer(s).  We prepare deck passes ONLY for the coaches listed in the entry process, and further limit the coach deck passes to those with proper certifications.
• You will get a confirmation e-mail regarding your entries and the total amount due.  Remember entry fees need to be paid before the start of competition.
• If you have a revision to your entries, you need to submit the ENTIRE entries file through the web form again.  The entry process clears all of your entries before accepting a new entry file (in order that you may remove a swimmer from the meet).
