Notice the deadline for entries and paperwork is 9 PM on Friday, February 29.  Entries will be electronically submitted on the link below (once activated).  Entries can be resubmitted, in their entirety, up until the entry deadline.  Coaches will receive an entry list confirmation for the meet as your entries are accepted.

Event List for Team Manager -- UPDATED ON 2/6/08 TO REMOVE THE TIME TRIAL EVENTS.  Events have a 30 minute maximum qualifying time.  This should help coaches identify entries that are NT.  Remember NT entries are not allowed at Champs.  Your NT entries will be rejected by the online entry process.  

Champs Jobs Assignments  The meet assignments are now posted from the 9/8/07 league meeting.

Championship "Roles" Descriptions  These are planning details to help insure consistency in the meet each year.  Please check out your role and do everything you can to provide an outstanding experience for the swimmers, coaches, volunteers and parents involved in this meet!  If you have suggestions, corrections or improvements, please relay them to Jon.

Sessions Devotions / National Anthem.  If you are interested in offering devotions or performing the National Anthem at one of the sessions for Winter Champs, please contact Elizabeth Keough.  We have two sessions for the 11 & Over swimmers (Friday and Saturday) along with the 10 & Under session on Sunday.

OU Food Permit.  If you are doing something substantially different, please let us know so we can gain approval from OU.  This must be posted in the area for concessions and for hospitality.

Directions to Pool  For those driving the Lancaster bypass, be aware of a Columbus Dispatch article on 2/26/06 referencing increased enforcement of the speed limit.  (2/26/06)
