Champs Jobs Assignments  The meet assignments are now posted from the 9/12/09 league meeting.

Session Report -- these times are guidelines - we will run the meet ahead of these times if the flow allows.  We will combine events 157 & 158, allowing us to meet the completion timeline for the morning session.  Updated on 7/5 to correct events 152 and 153 into the morning session.

Warm-up Lane Assignments -- AM and PM

Lane Timer Assignments -- OSU will supply watches.  Note the contingency timers for the Boys pool at the lower right.  We will use these extra 22 timers IF we have any lightning delay during the meet.  Please plan accordingly -- although unfortunately, the timeframe for using these timers is completely bad-weather dependent!

Champs Meet Packet  UPDATED ON 6/18 FOR PAGE 5, MORNING TIMELINE.  Notice the deadline for entries and paperwork is 6 PM on Sunday July 4.  Entries will be electronically submitted on the electronic entries link.  Entries can be resubmitted, in their entirety, up until the entry deadline.  Coaches will receive an entry list confirmation for the meet as your entries are accepted.

Championship "Roles" Descriptions  These are planning details to help insure quality and consistency in the meet each year.  Please check out your role and do everything you can to provide an outstanding experience for the swimmers, coaches, volunteers and parents involved in this meet!  If you have suggestions, corrections or improvements, please relay them to Jon Reidler.

Sessions Devotions / National Anthem.  If you are interested in offering devotions or performing the National Anthem at one of the sessions for Summer Champs, please contact Columbus North.  

Champs Event List for Team Manager  Events have a 25/30 minute maximum qualifying time (updated on 6/13 to put maximum times for SCM and LCM, just in case, version 002).  This should help coaches identify entries that are NT.  Remember NT entries are not allowed at Champs.  Your NT entries will be rejected by the online entry process.
