CHAMPS FEES. First, please insure your check includes YMCA in the payee slot. Nicole will have to return checks improperly completed. Second, the Event File provided inadvertently did not have the correct per-event fees. You will need to update the event fees in Team Manager if you are using that for meet event totals.

Session Report -- these times are guidelines - we will run the meet ahead of these times if the flow allows, or there are opportunities to combine races.
Champs note (2/5). We will be running 11 lanes on both days. Scoreboard results for lanes 2 through 11 will occupy the bottom 10 lines on the scoreboard. The results for lane 1 will be on the scoreboard line just above the results for lane 2. On the scoreboard it is marked "lengths" and "record." This change is an effort to manage the timeline for the two sessions. 100 yard relays and 25 yard events will remain at 8 lanes. This will require two additional timers from the 24 teams and some additional help with officials.

Champs Event List for Team Manager Events have a 25 minute maximum qualifying time or the AA time. This should help coaches identify entries that are NT. Remember NT entries are not allowed at Champs. Your NT entries will be rejected by the online entry process.
