Officials Level 2 Clinic (1/28/12)

Officials, check your certification card to see if your certification extends through Champs and Zones.  There is a Level 2 clinic in Lancaster on February 19 if you need to recertify.  Check out the Officials and Coaches Clinics page (to the left).

Starting Blocks -- Opportunity Knocks! (1/24)

The fiberglass starting blocks used for the 4x25 relays at Champs were turned over to the SEOWV league.  We are trying to find a home for them.  Otherwise, the league will need to rent a storage unit to keep them between meets (OU cannot store them).  If your team is interested in using the blocks at your pool, the league would like to discuss a deal.  The primary conditions are to leave the blocks in a condition that we can still use them and OU, and the receiving team transports them to OU for Winter and Summer Champs (mileage paid by SEOWV).  Remember, you need 5 feet of water depth to use starting blocks, so these may not be suitable for usage at the shallow end of your pool.  If this can work for your team, please contact Jon Reidler
