2010-2011 Dual Meet Meet Manager Backup Database (9/29/2010) -- Meet Manager 2 File (open in MM3 and it upgrades automatically). Wwith event ages matching Winter Champs -- dated 9/11/2010, meet date is 9/11/2010. This meet database includes events 150 and 151 noted below. It also includes a set of mixed events for time trials. The Time Trial events are not on the Team Manager list. They are in this database strictly for the convenience of the host team if there becomes a need for a time trial at the end of a meet.
For those with a Meter pool, there are several changes to make to the above database. First under Set-up select Meet Set-up. Make a choice for SC Meters and then click Re-Convert Entries. Then click OK to complete the Meet Set-up. ALSO, go into Events from the main screen, and then click on Sessions at the top. For each session in the meet, click on the session in the top half of the screen, and then click Edit in the menu bar. Click the radio button for SC Meters and then click OK. For the prompt that appears, click Yes. When all of the sessions in the top half of the screen indicate S, your sessions are ready to go. Finally, you need to edit each of the long freestyle events to 400/1000/1500 as the distance (events 63 to 68). You should now be ready to go!

Note: Events 150 and 151 are to allow the Coach/Entry Chair to add ALL swimmers on the team to the entry file. This makes it easier to adjust the entries if a swimmer arrives late to the meet, and to keep their athlete information consistent from meet to meet.
